Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare Planning Package & Submit to client for approval.
- Planning & Progress measurement Procedure
- Prepare Project Calendar and identify critical path and ensures action plans are developed & implemented to maximize project quality, cost and delivery objectives.
- Detailed Procurement Register indicating Baseline plan, Vendor Schedule, Forecast and actual completion dates
- Working Schedule for Construction works along with Progress and measurement & Reporting system.
- Progress S-Curve (Area wise/ Phase wise/ Discipline wise etc.) and manpower Deployment Schedule and Histograms
- Construction Plant / Equipment Schedule and construction register and submit Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress Report to Client and monitoring of Day to day activities.
- Planning organizing, scheduling the activities using primavera and monitoring the progress at site & workshop.
- Analysis of actual productivity against the planned productivity & indicate alarming situations on weekly basis.
- Provide regular reports and feedback to management on project progress and critical issues.
- Developing of all planning & scheduling tools to be used in control, and monitoring & reporting of project status.
- Monitoring & control the deliverable of Engineering (Drawing document) and preparation of Payment Certificates and prepare and share the minutes of meeting at current project with management.
- Maintain record and track BOQ measurement (BOQ)/MTO according to the approved drawings.
- Preparation of budget, tracking and monitoring trend by preparing latest forecast & other evaluating technique.
- Preparation of EOT claims & submit to client for approval.
- Preparation contractual letter and submit to client for approval and prepare project budget including all the project aspects and try to keep the project budget within limit.
- Prepare master EDDR (Engineering drawing deliverable register and submit to client on weekly basis
