By International University of Kuwait, Kuwait Qualification:
- Bachelor degree from an accredited University.
 - Professional Certificates are an asset.
 
Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in PR, Communications, or Event Management, preferably within an educational institution or corporate environment.
 - Experience in planning and supervising events.
 - Technical Skills: Microsoft Office, Events Management, Social media and Copy writing skills (English & Arabic)
 
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drafting and distributing press releases, media advisories, and official statements. Developing and managing content for announcements, invitations, speeches, and campaigns.
 - Monitoring media coverage, analyzing performance, and preparing media performance reports.
 - Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement communication strategies.
 - Managing crisis communication with appropriate messaging and quick response. Organizing, planning, and executing university events and ensuring smooth event logistics.
 - Ensuring message consistency and brand tone across all outgoing communications.
 - Managing sponsorship communications, partner announcements, and follow-up messaging.
 - Crafting and editing official documents, including sponsorship letters, proposals, and event tool kits.
 - Coordinating external communications with media outlets, journalists, and external partners.
