• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Chartered Civil/Structural Engineer      

Experience:

• Experience of carrying out Network Rail CRE role in bridge design across a range of structure types.
• Experience of providing technical leadership to design teams.
• Experience of working on Network Rail Bridge Assessments an advantage but not essential                                       

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Carry out the role of CRE Bridge Design on Network Rail projects. Identification of the key resources and timescales required to deliver projects.
• Leading the development of technical solutions to client remits and ensuring compliance with Company, Client, National and International standards and policies.
• Mentoring and development of more junior staff on projects you are delivering and responsible for the discipline strategy, recruitment and development of staff.
• Ensuring compliance with Company, Client, National and International standards and policies.
