Experience:
- 5 years or more of business management experience in the procurement industry, with experience in Saudi Aramco or Qatar Petroleum/Gas project is preferred. Skills: Basic ability requirements: proficient in operating all kinds of conventional office software; good communication and negotiation skills and execution skills; hard-working, teamwork spirit, can work overtime at any time, and obey Party A’s arrangements.

- Professional ability requirements: proficient in material procurement and subcontracting related bidding business, and can accurately grasp relevant laws, regulations, policies and regulations.
- Competent for the procurement/subcontracting work of offshore oil and gas engineering projects and Saudi Aramco projects. Fluent in writing emails and oral communication in English; proficient in writing project-related documents and letters in English, proficiency in Chinese is preferred
