Qualification:

• Masters in Supply Chain Management

Experience:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc) skills

Jobs Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all program-related procurement proposals, evaluating vendors based on price, quality and delivery timeliness, etc.
• Ensure that required material/services are as per the required standards and in case of defective or unacceptable goods or services, she/he must be able to determine corrective and preventive action.
• Evaluate and monitor contracts to ensure that vendors and supplied goods comply with the terms and conditions and determine the need for changes.
• Maintain and review records of items bought, costs, deliveries, product performance, and inventories. Interview vendors and visit suppliers’ premises to examine and learn about products, services, and prices.
• Responsible for activities vis-à-vis asset & inventory management for proper record keeping in electronic and/or hard form.
• Responsible for all aspects of warehousing and data management. 
• Maintain and organize electronic and paper-based filing systems. 
• Ensure proper maintenance of program vehicles with support from the Administrative Services team.
• Supervise issuance of mobile connections and ensure proper maintenance of records.
• Complete the documentary requirements for the payment to the vendors and process them in a timely manner and Maintain records of the payment to the vendors.
