Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of Project Management and planning.
  • Act as a liaison between team, external and internal departments and senior leadership.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of project as per defined project plan. Facilitating the appointment of the individuals and assets to project teams.
  • Ensuring that optimal quality/standard are maintained by each corresponding role.
  • Conduct training sessions (when needed) while handing over solutions/software.
  • Liaison with the client departments for requirement analysis based on project deliverables.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Give visibility to higher ups. Manage relationship with client department.
