Project Director Mechnical Engineering-Karachi

Qualification:

• Engineering degree preferably Mechanical with Project Management qualification/certification                               

Experience:

• At least Twenty (20) years of experience with Ten (10) years in a Senior Project Management role. Experience of leading complex multi plant, multi license mega capital projects for refinery, petrochemicals or similar industry. Knowledge / understanding of Engineering Design & Construction, Project Management, Strategic & Operational Planning

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Leads design and implementation of REUP within given budgetary allocations and approved time frames and is responsible for end-to-end delivery of the project starting from FEED through EPC and Commissioning.
• Develop key Project Objectives, Policies and Strategies, Project Execution Plan, Contracting Strategy & Contract, Project Risk Management Program and lead selection of qualified and capable FEED and EPC contractors.
• Ensure that Project CAPEX is estimated and budgeted based on robust financial principles and fiscal policies of the company to present a holistic view of project costs.
• Ensure compliance with Regulatory, Commercial, and HSEQ requirements.
