Community-based screening for TB and Non-communicable Diseases , IRD Global Health, Research and Development, Singapore                                                                            Qualification:

• Fresh graduates and non-board takers are welcome to apply.
• Registered Nurse.

Experience:

• At least 1 year clinical practice (either hospital or clinic or health center).

Jobs Responsibilities:

• Support the project implementation by documenting patient encounters in the hospital or clinic.
• Collect patient information and test results using a mobile application and Monitor patient status for every encounter to ensure patient wellness and safety.
• Participate collaboratively with members of the team and other stakeholders, even outside the clinical processes, to achieve aligned activities within team.
• Ability to adapt to a new technology to be used for data collection for every patient encounter. Ability to monitor all patient status and perform follow-ups based on the health team recommendations
