  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications in sales techniques or project management (e.g., PMP, Sales Training) are a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience in project-based industries such as construction, engineering, or technology. 
  • Experience in managing high-value projects with a solid understanding of project lifecycle and client management.
  • Strong technical skills in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint for presentations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients to drive project sales and ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the industry.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to meet the specific needs of clients and project requirements.
  • Collaborate with project management teams to ensure client specifications are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget. Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing initiatives that align with the company’s overall objectives.
  • Provide post-sales support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns that arise during project execution.
