Jobs Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage program activities at the provincial level; this includes overseeing the implementation of policies, programs, and initiatives.
- Collaborate with other coordinators, senior management, and stakeholders to develop effective project plans.
- Play a key role in strategic planning and goal-setting exercises and formulate strategies to achieve desired objectives at the provincial level.
- Facilitate communication, coordination, and collaboration among various units of health departments within the province. Monitor the progress of various activities, projects, or campaigns within the province and provides regular reports to the line manager. This includes analyzing data, identifying challenges, and suggesting improvements.
- Lead the programmatic recruitment and staff training and supervise them to achieve the desired outcome
