• BBA / MBA in Supply Chain Management or relevant field.

Experience: 

• 03 to 06 years experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle for capital items, including obtaining quotations, preparing comparative statements, negotiating terms, and issuing purchase orders. Guarantee that all purchased goods and services meet the precise quality and specifications required by end-users, ensuring value for money.
• Conduct regular market surveys and analyze supply / demand trends to assess present and future material availability and costs.
• Manage vendor relationships by sourcing from qualified suppliers, maintaining unbiased interactions, and conducting business based on fair competitive practices.
• Diligently follow up on all purchase orders, confirm receipt with suppliers, and coordinate the receiving, processing, and distribution of goods upon delivery. Oversee day-to-day administrative activities, including managing information flow between departments and supervising the staff leave and attendance roster.
• Meticulously prepare and maintain all purchasing documentation, including case files, quotations, approvals, and reports for audit and review purposes.
• Ensure strong communication and coordination with all stakeholders, including end-users, technical departments, and suppliers, to facilitate a smooth procurement process.
• Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct by ensuring transparency, avoiding conflicts of interest, refusing bribes or kickbacks, and not using company information for personal gain.
• Ensure full compliance with all departmental and hospital-wide policies and SOPs (including ISO/JCIA).
