Monthly Salary: AED 6,000 – 8,000                            

Qualification:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (Management), MBA / PG Diploma in Business Management, supply Chain Management, or related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in the F & B industry.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite and Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Research & Development (R&D): Conduct market research to identify new products and suppliers. Analyze market trends to make informed purchasing decisions. Collaborate with the Research & Development team to source innovative products and materials. Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure the best deals. Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with company standards. Cost Analysis: Monitor and analyze the costs of goods and services. Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising on quality. Prepare and present detailed reports on procurement costs and budget forecasts. Procurement Process: Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including ordering, inventory management, and logistics. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant data. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all procured products meet the quality standards of Russo’s New York Pizza. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any product issues.
