QA/QC Engineer Waterproofing-Dubai, UAE

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management, or related field.

Experience:

• 8 to 15 years of experience including substantial experience in QAQC roles with a focus on high-rise building waterproofing projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• In-depth knowledge of waterproofing materials, techniques, and industry best practices for tall structures.
• Familiarity with relevant building codes, concrete work, slab work and standards applicable to high-rise construction. UAE High rise building experience is must.
• Quality Assurance and Control: Develop, implement, and enforce QAQC procedures tailored to high-rise building waterproofing projects. Conduct regular inspections at different construction stages to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
  
• Collaborate with project teams to address and rectify quality-related issues promptly.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of inspections, tests, and quality control measures. Prepare comprehensive reports on the status of quality control activities, highlighting any deviations and corrective actions taken. Ensure documentation is in compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Testing and Evaluation: Analyze test results and ensure they align with project specifications and industry standards.
• Collaboration with Project Teams: Provide technical expertise during project planning and construction phases.
• Training and Development: Train construction teams on specialized techniques and considerations related to high-rise building waterproofing. Conduct workshops or training sessions to enhance overall quality awareness within the organization.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards specific to high-rise construction.
