Experience:
- 5 – 10 Years’ experience including
- 1- 3 experience in Paper mill Lab testing
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain the health of the equipment and made available for testing anytime and every time as per the Quality control checking procedure.
- Test the every roll samples according to the quality.
- Check the rolls for any physical defects. Test the moisture for each and every grade change. Timely information to the production shift IN charges / supervisors for any quality deviation and Provide Test report to every roll to the Production dept. within stipulated time.
- Ensure no physical defects to reach customer.
- Update the every roll data’s in AX system.
- Monitoring of DCS trends and roll data’s.
- Perform additional testing’s as per instructions of QC supervisor / QC Engineer / QC IN charge. Works in shifts across all QC departments in PM1 ,PM2 and PM3 according to the QC shift schedule.
- Timely information to Quality Checker for reels held up for the defects identified at Jumbo roll stage.
- Timely information to Quality checker for ensuring sample collections at winder for further checking as per the product or quality requirement in special cases.
