Duties & Responsibilities:
- Actively support patient safety programs by monitoring key indicators and helping implement new safety protocols.
- Collect, compile, and validate quality data from sources like incident reports, patient surveys, and clinical outcomes.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for performance improvement.
- Develop and maintain quality performance dashboards to provide a real-time overview of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
