Experience:

  • Minimum of five to Eight years’ experience with reputable fit-out contracting companies in the Middle East.
  • Experience in post-tender analysis, preparing bills of quantities, Cost managing live projects.
  • Procurement Activities, Subcontract analysis and final account settlements. Experience negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Must have good computer skills. Should be familiar with MS office tools and experienced with financial procurement and inventory management software

Jobs Description:

  • Perform the commercial activities (viz. contractual documentation and writing). Preparation and tracking of variation submittals. Preparation of progress billing.
  • Check Bill of quantities (BOQs) against the drawings to raise claims and assist the Project manager (PM) with cost monitoring and controlling.
  • Ensure compliance with the commercial framework.
  • Capability to carry out QS function, BOQ preparation, management, and measurement activities etc.
