Experience:
- 1 – 6 Years Prior experience in a similar role within the automotive sector Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Customer-first mindset with a sales-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with vehicle systems and service processes
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform vehicle inspections, repairs, and services as per SOPs.
- Meet daily and monthly productivity targets set by the department. Complete all tasks efficiently, maintaining high technical standards. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to meet customer expectations.
- Follow defined SOPs to ensure consistency and safety during all procedures. Maintain and comply with all quality standards and policies at all times.
- Submit regular progress reports as required by management.
- Adhere to all Environment, Health, Safety & Quality (EHSQ) guidelines
