  • English and Arabic is a must. Urdu is an asset

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Manage front desk operations, phone calls, and administrative tasks efficiently. Greet and assist customers and visitors.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
  • Maintain front office operations and administrative support.
