  • Minimum education required is Graduation.
  • Preference will be given to Master’s degree holders from a university recognized by the HEC of Pakistan or in case of foreign qualification in the above disciplines, holds an equivalency certificate from HEC of Pakistan.  

Experience:

  • Minimum 15 years of credits experience in Corporate / Commercial / SME / Retail Banking with a focus on credit evaluation and strategy development, trade sales and marketing.
  • Preference will be given for having Islamic Banking experience.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Ability to lead teams to drive SME client acquisition and portfolio management. Responsible to develop and implement business strategies to drive growth in SME financing.
  • Ensure that credit and trade sales activities are conducted in accordance with Shariah standards.
  • Understanding of Government and SBP schemes/initiatives to drive SME growth and Cultivate robust customer connections, supporting the attainment of business goals and long-term profitability.
  • Identify and design area-wise strategies for SME financing, ensuring effective oversight of branch-level operations and business targets.
