• Minimum education required is Bachelor’s degree preferably in relevant field from an HEC recognized University or reputable foreign university.
• Preference will be given to candidates having Master’s degree.

Experience:

• 12 years of overall banking experience is required with at least 03 years of relevant experience at senior level in Corporate Debt Recovery/ Collection. Preference will be given to candidates having proven track record of recovering large and stuck NPL Portfolios.
• Achieve assigned recovery targets to contribute to the Bank’s financial performance. Implementing new strategies and action plans to improve collections and recovery performance.
• Evaluate/ review recovery and collection performance and monitor highly delinquent and aged accounts.
