Experience:

  • Overall of 8-10 years of regional institutional sales experience – will have a proven track record of growing AUM and leading a team

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Design, execute and cascade the strategic business plan with the team that expands region’s customer base and AUM; and ensure its strong presence
  • Build relationship with Corporates and High Net-worth Individuals to generate business
  • Manage and monitor all sales activities in the region in coordination with Sales Head
  • Develop and direct sales team and lead them towards achieving maximum profitability and growth
  • Achieve Sales Target for the region and branches designated by the management
  • Explore & identify emerging markets and business opportunities, while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Provide necessary stimulus, encouragement and guidance to the team; and enable them to improve on their sales performance, and sharpen their skills to achieve assigned targets
  • Ensure the delivery of prompt, efficient and personalized service to clients in close coordination with internal departments
