Jobs Description:
- Find potential and good clients individuals or businesses in need of loans and establish strong rapport liaison and relationship with the clients. Act as salesperson, persuading clients to obtain loans. Help clients apply for loans.
- Analyses and verify the application to determine the client’s worthiness. Complete documentation as per bank’s policy.
- Get the approval before disbursement from the BCC.
- Disbursement of loan after complete satisfaction of related formalities. Help client understand loan repayment schedule.
- Manage the repayment schedules of customers for timely recovery of their monthly installments.
- Follow up on delayed installments. Initiate collateral liquidation if a client defaults on a loan.
- Preparation of daily activity report to be sent to the BM/HO.
