Research Associate-IRD, Karachi

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics    

Experience:

• At least 1 year of relevant research experience and data analysis. Proficiency in data analysis using STATA or R. with Proficient in inclusive planning and participatory management skills, including excellent analysis and report-writing skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Jobs Responsibilities:

• Complete necessary documentation for IRB and other requirements for IRB. Ensure quality of collected data and reporting and solving issues as needed.
• Data cleaning of household and other survey conducted under the project.
• Write codes and Conduct data analysis using STATA or R and write descriptive quarterly reports.
• Hiring and supervision of staff required for data collection in the evaluation project.
• Monitoring data management and complying with data security and management protocols.
• Attend in-person and virtual meetings to report progress and challenges.
• Flexible to work across different time zones for virtual meetings. and Manage reporting and documentation for the PIs and Managing and training a team of data collectors. Ensuring collection of data at clinics
