• Minimum qualification of a Master’s degree (or Bachelor’s degree with good experience in RCTs) in Public Health, Economics, Public Policy, or Public Administration is required    

Experience:

• Two to Three Years of experience with strong quantitative and analytical skills and Proficiency in the use of statistical software such as R or STATA.
• Questionnaire development tools such as ODK or Survey CTO and mapping tools including QGIS is a plus

Jobs Responsibilities:

• Program Implementation Leadership: Take charge of the program implementation, which involves overseeing the recruitment and training of the field team, management of logistics and budgets for implementation activities, conducting field monitoring, and facilitating in-person visits to study locations. Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
• Data Management and Analysis: Skillfully manage the cleaning, organization, and analysis of complex and dynamic BIG data obtained from various sources, such as phone surveys, individual-level administration data, and household surveys. Maintain a high standard of data quality through the rigorous application of high-frequency checks, spot checks, and back checks. Data Interpretation and Reporting: Utilize advanced statistical techniques and coding skills to interpret data and analyze results. Provide insightful and timely reports to support decision-making and ongoing project evaluation. IRB Compliance: Take responsibility for the management of Institutional Review Board (IRB) submissions and modifications, ensuring that all research activities adhere to ethical and regulatory standards. Survey Instrument Preparation: Play a key role in the preparation, development, and coding of survey instruments, ensuring they are well-structured and aligned with the research objectives.
