- Ensures staff attendance on behavioral and vocational training programs, and personally conducts key training.
 - Personally coaches executives in Sales Management skills.
 - Ensures career development and succession planning for subordinates. Uses a specifically designed appraisal system to review the performance of direct subordinates and determines their development needs.
 - Decides on hiring, promotion, disciplinary action, and performance related salary increments for subordinates as per organizational policy. Organizes, attends and ensures cross-training in all Guest Service Areas.
