- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or Engineering.
- Professional certifications in SHES auditing, such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Environmental Auditor (CEA).
Experience:
- 10 to 15 years of experience with at least 5 years of experience in SHES auditing or related roles, preferably in a high-risk industry.
- Experience working with international SHES standards, such as ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001/ISO.
- Strong knowledge of SHES regulations and industry best practices.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive audits of Safety, Health, Environment, and Sustainability (SHES) programs and systems within the organization.
- Identify and assess potential risks and non-compliance issues related to SHES policies and regulations.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans to address identified issues and improve SHES performance.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of facilities, equipment, and processes to ensure compliance with SHES standards.
- Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, recommendations, and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead and facilitate SHES audits and assessments conducted by external parties, such as regulatory agencies or certification bodies.
