Monthly Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,000                     

Qualification:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or related subject, from a recognized University. Nebosh IGC certified. (Candidates who certified before 2019 are preferable). Any other HSE certificates will be advantages.

Experience:

• Must has 3 years as HSE Officer (Construction/ Port experience/food industry). Excellent report writing,
• Excel skills and Microsoft office.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that our team/s follows and implements JAMS site QHSE plan. Observing, logging, and ensuring identified unsafe acts/conditions are closed out as per client requirements. Completing and submitting a Monthly HSE project performance report.
• Providing information, technical advice, and support to the site supervisor on HSE matters, including legislation, standards, codes of practice etc.
• Leading a weekly project HSE site walk and meeting.
• Monitoring project incidents to ensure they have been properly investigated and appropriate and timely action has been initiated to prevent a recurrence.
• Conducting an ‘Incident Review’ of all significant incidents and issue a full report to the HSE Manager. Following JAMS HR Solutions internal incident procedures for reporting incidents.
• Monitoring HSE issues identified during workplace inspections, audits and as a result of incidents to ensure the implementation of all corrective actions identified to prevent a recurrence. Ensuring a weekly project HSE inspection is conducted and recorded.
