- High School / Graduate
Experience:
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience. Good verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in customer service and sales generation.
- Knowledge of store operations and standards maintenance.
- Ability to communicate product information clearly to customers.
- Competence in using computer-aided design (CAD) for visual merchandising.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Store Environment Management Maintain store standards and cleanliness to create a clean and organized environment.
- Ensure visual presentation standards are met to make a positive first impression. Adhere to dress code and maintain an energetic attitude to greet customers upon entering.
- Customer Service Provide customers with current and relevant product information and Deliver quality service in fitting rooms and follow up with customers promptly. Thank all customers sincerely as they exit the store and invite them back. Sales and Operations
- Generate sales by providing efficient service at the cash wrap.
- Offer gift cards and maintain cash wrap cleanliness. Capture customer information in the database and attempt to add on to the sale.
