Experience:

• 1 – 3 years’ experience in customer service.
• Excellent verbal, written communication skills, and negotiation skills. Good hand on logistic software (ERP).
• Problem-solving abilities and coordination abilities.
• Understanding of quality management principles

Jobs Responsibilities:

• Prepares and then follows up on any quotations made up on Salesman, clients and General Manager request.
• Prepares and then follows up on any Proforma Invoice (Application Job) & (Paints Materials) made up on Salesman, clients and General Manager request.
• Prepares a daily Sales Order(s) between 30 and 40 Sales Orders and obtain the General Manager approval.
• Follows up and checks from the production status of materials as per LPO.
• Responsible to issue Purchase Orders confirmation to production (from RPA01 to RPM).
• Responsible to Issue and follow up Sample Request (Ritver Paints Manufacturing – Laboratory).
• Prepares material stocks request from different Stores for purchase order to RPM.
• Handle the Sticker request from Store to RPM production.
• Attends incoming and outgoing calls. Prepares Technical Submittal: as per Salesman request duly approved by Head of Product Innovation.
• Responsible for adding codes in the system for all new products & new Client. Coordinates with customers for any clarifications needed on price revision, technical issues etc.).
• TAX Invoices: counter checking if all the details are correct as per Client LPO and signed) –for A/C’s.
• Responsible for the Customer Complaint report (rejected paints). Prepares Certificate of Analysis as per client request.
• Maintains Credit Application records.
