- Preferably an MBA / PG Diploma in Business Management (Marketing) / Graduate in Commerce / Civil Engineer
Experience:
- 3 – 7 Years’ experience including Block / Interlocks / Building Materials / Tiles / Ceramic / Concrete experience. UAE experience with a valid driver’s license is essential.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for independent sales and marketing of concrete products and various value-added products.
- Excellent communication (written & spoken) and presentation skills in English;
- Arabic spoken skills are an advantage.
- Dynamic, proactive, and willing to work extended hours under pressure.
- Proficient in sales forecasting and market analysis for upcoming projects.
- Well-organized in planning business visits and follow-ups with clients.
- Strong computer proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
- Demonstrated ability in fearless cold calling, prospecting, and closing sales.
- Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills.
