IRD Global Health, Research and Development, Singapore Qualification:

Experience:
- 3 to 4 years with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently and resolve payroll discrepancies.

- Maintain and reconcile the benefits for employees of the company and Ensure the monitoring, handling, accuracy, and necessary adjustments of Health and life Insurance of the employees.
- Ensure trail balance maintenance at each quarter.
- Prepare & maintain bank reconciliation at the end of every month and Maintain data of advances to vendors and employees during the monthly financial closing.
- Maintain the record of transport utilization revenue.
- Evaluate the accounts payable ageing balances reflected in trail balance
