Senior Accounts Officer Payroll-Karachi

IRD Global Health, Research and Development, Singapore      Qualification:

• Bachelor’s-Accounting & Finance

Experience:

• 3 to 4 years with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently and resolve payroll discrepancies.

• Maintain and reconcile the benefits for employees of the company and Ensure the monitoring, handling, accuracy, and necessary adjustments of Health and life Insurance of the employees.
• Ensure trail balance maintenance at each quarter.
• Prepare & maintain bank reconciliation at the end of every month and Maintain data of advances to vendors and employees during the monthly financial closing.
• Maintain the record of transport utilization revenue.
• Evaluate the accounts payable ageing balances reflected in trail balance
