Jobs Responsibilities:

• Branding and Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance the organization’s brand presence. Create and curate content for various social media platforms to engage and grow the audience. Plan and execute social media campaigns for projects and events. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, including reach, impressions, and engagement rates. Increase overall digital reach by 30%, with a 40% increase in social media followers and a 25% increase in engagement over the next year. Provide monthly reports detailing social media analytics, follower growth, engagement metrics, and reach.
• Community Engagement: Oversee day-to-day activities of the community engagement field staff. Act as a liaison between field staff and technical teams at project sites. Conduct quarterly training sessions or workshops for team members to enhance skills and foster collaboration. Track and manage budget utilization for community engagement activities. Monitor results of communication-related aspects of program implementation and provide monthly progress reports. Monitor and evaluate activities conducted by field officers, reporting deviations from monthly plans. Submit detailed post-event reports within one week of each event, outlining key metrics, attendee feedback, and areas for improvement
