Arabian International Contracting LL, Bahrain Qualification:
- Bachelor of Technology / Engineering (BE / BTECH in E & I Engineering)
Experience:
- 15 to 20 years of experience with experienced in the specification of 3ph/1ph electrical switchgear and distribution, including sizing and coordination of protective devices and Process Control experience in chemical or pharmaceutical environment.
- Full understanding of implementation requirements.
- Minimum HNC in E&I or Control Instrumentation, with relevant experience considered.
- Proficient in the use of Amtech Predesign is desirable, and / or the ability to perform manual electrical calculations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handling E & I Engineering Projects from basic initial design through to completion and handover within authorized cost and to agreed timescales.
- Designing, implementing, maintaining and improving electrical products and systems.
- Preparing detailed E & I design deliverables e.g., circuit and schematic diagrams, control panel layouts, MCC layouts, cable routes etc.
- Supervising the E&I project installation phase.
- Ensuring that electrical, instrument and control schemes operate within the framework of national and company standards and Responsible for the design within safety, quality and environmental standards.
- Conducting audits and complying with all HSE requirements including safety policies and procedures.
- Establishing and enforcing design, construction and installation standards.
