Senior Engineer Maintenance-SSGC, Multiple Cities

• BE/ B.S. Engineering (16 years of education) preferably Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics

Experience:

• At least 04 years of experience in Oil and Gas Sector.   

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate measurement of gas volumes delivered to Customer Meter Stations (CMSs) through the distribution system via Town Border Stations (TBSs) for comparison purposes. Carry out Joint Meter Checks (JMCs) at Sales meter stations with Transmission to ensure precise gas measurement.
• Organize scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities meters, regulators, filters, Electronic Volume Correctors, and Modems. Jointly oversee the installation and commissioning of new customer Meter Stations in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Prepare technical specifications, technical evaluation reports, and inspect received equipment/spares.
• Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation and maintenance of natural gas measuring equipment at CMSs. Implement proactive planning and scheduling processes to optimize manpower utilization and complete measurement tasks within established time schedules. Develop, implement, and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility for team members.
• Ensure KPIs are met by following the overall plan.  
• Conduct root cause analysis, document problems, and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.  
• Coordinate field activities related to the installation, startup, and operation of new equipment throughout the distribution network.
• Procure required spares and equipment according to technical specifications and requirements.
• Conduct technical evaluation of bids procured through the procurement department.  
• Plan emergency and contingency procedures for attending to and addressing emergency complaints promptly on 24/7 basis.
