- Plan and execute institutional events including seminars, conferences, workshops, and student activities.
 - Manage administrative tasks related to event planning such as budgeting, procurement, and documentation.
 - Ensure compliance with institutional protocols, safety regulations, and quality standards during events.
 - Oversee venue arrangements, catering, audio-visual setups, and guest management.
 - Maintain event calendars and ensure timely communication with stakeholders. Prepare event proposals, post-event reports, and feedback summaries.
 - Supervise support staff and ensure efficient allocation of resources for events and administrative tasks.
 - Maintain inventory of event-related materials and administrative supplies.
 - Liaise with security, maintenance, and IT teams to ensure seamless event execution. Support the administration team in day-to-day operations and special projects.

 - Handle emergency situations and last-minute changes with professionalism and efficiency.
 - Analyze maintenance requests and troubleshoot effectively.
