Jobs Description:

  • Plan and execute institutional events including seminars, conferences, workshops, and student activities.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to event planning such as budgeting, procurement, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional protocols, safety regulations, and quality standards during events.
  • Oversee venue arrangements, catering, audio-visual setups, and guest management.
  • Maintain event calendars and ensure timely communication with stakeholders. Prepare event proposals, post-event reports, and feedback summaries.
  • Supervise support staff and ensure efficient allocation of resources for events and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain inventory of event-related materials and administrative supplies.
  • Liaise with security, maintenance, and IT teams to ensure seamless event execution. Support the administration team in day-to-day operations and special projects.
  • Monitor and evaluate event performance and suggest improvements for future initiatives.
  • Handle emergency situations and last-minute changes with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Analyze maintenance requests and troubleshoot effectively.
  • Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and materials to prevent shortages or excesses.
  • Train and guide maintenance team members on procedures and safety protocols.
