Experience:
- Extensive experience of professional software development using JavaScript ES6+ or TypeScript. Strong web integration skills (CSS, design integration). Experience with React or 2+ similar frameworks, developing performing and reusable components.
- Familiarity with best practices for ensuring code quality, including CI/CD. Ability to make architectural decisions and contribute to strategic planning and product direction.
- Experience working in a distributed team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Developing, deploying and supporting high-quality user experiences within Proton Wallet, including feature development and implementation.
- Transforming product specifications into technical requirements and lead your team to their successful implementation.
- Enhancing Proton Wallet’s software development lifecycle, tools, and code structure for an improved developer experience through technical leadership and architecture.
- Writing clear, concise and testable code to maintain and elevate the quality of our code base.
- Managing the scoping, planning and execution of new features, technical initiatives and green field projects (depending on seniority) and Fostering a culture of learning, creativity, and accountability for the best possible work through mentorship and team development, role modeling quality assurance and performance optimization
