• Advocate

Experience:

• Minimum 10-years experience of High Courts and 12 years of professional experience as advocate civil court 

Jobs Description:

• Placing and defending civil suits/cases for and against LDA in various courts of law
• Filling of appeals against orders/decrees for and against LDA in Appellate Courts
• Vetting of contracts / agreements and assistance in legal issues pertaining to execution of contracts / agreements
• Provide legal advice on day to day legal issues and financial aspects and any other legal proposition related to other official matters
