- Program Strategy & Development: Lead the design and customization of programs based on market trends, customer needs, and institutional goals. Collaborate with practitioners to ensure high-quality content and delivery.
- Client Relationship & Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with clients, especially banks, NBFCs, and regulators. Identify and pursue new training opportunities. Operational Leadership: Oversee program planning and execution, including scheduling, budgeting, and team supervision. Ensure smooth coordination of logistics and support functions.
- Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting: Implement systems to track program effectiveness, gather feedback, and measure learning outcomes.
