• Master’s degree in any discipline from reputable local or foreign institutions/ universities recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan

Experience:   

• 22 years of experience in working with multidisciplinary support functions, including at least 5 years in a senior role

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Able to develop and propose annual business plans for administration, security, procurement, information technology, corporate communications, lands & licenses and community development departments that align with Company’s vision, quantify business targets and schedule key activities/projects, ensuring integration with other elements of the organization.
• Able to lead development of policies, procedures and related guidelines for Administration, Security, Procurement, Information Technology, Corporate Communication, Lands & Licenses, and Community Development, ensuring compliance with external requirements and integration with the broader corporate policy framework.
• Able to oversee purchase of suitable land and property for fields, exploration and pipelines, including coordinating and negotiating with landowners and legal advisors, through Lands & Licenses team.
• Capable of managing PPL’s various community development programs in areas of its operation and interest to fulfil its social development obligations, both Petroleum Concession Agreement, and Company’s own voluntary CSR initiatives.
• Able to ensure that various aspects of Head Office Administration and Maintenance services are provided to Company staff at Karachi, ensuring efficient cost-effective administration services.
• Capable of ensuring business activities and individuals within the area of responsibility adhere to the organization’s safety policies, procedures and mandatory instructions to protect the wellbeing of individuals. Manage the working of Security Department and safeguard Company’s interest in view of the prevailing law and order situation.
