  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 

Experience:

  • At least 10 years proven experience in Human Resources; ideally gained across a variety of organizations, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience at management level.
  • Experience in a large and complex organization is expected. IBA Alumni are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills: Appropriate knowledge of HEC rules and regulations pertaining to teaching faculty. Excellent analytical skills including attention to detail combined with the skill to communicate concisely with senior colleagues and figures both within and outside the university.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • 1. HR Operations: Oversee HR operational processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance for faculty and staff members. Streamline onboarding and off boarding procedures. Manage employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Implement & maintain ERP systems to optimize HR workflows.
  • 2. Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy.
  • Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection of candidates and Manage the university’s employer branding to attract the best talent.
  • 3. Performance Management: Improve and implement performance management programs in line with IBA’s institutional strategy. Advise managers on performance evaluations, feedback, and improvement plans. Lead performance appraisal processes and calibration sessions.
  • 4. Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary surveys. Evaluate and recommend competitive salary structures. Ensure fairness and equity in compensation practices. Oversee the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance and retirement plans.
  • 5. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on HR-related KPIs. Utilize data insights to drive strategic HR decisions
