Experience:

• 7-8 Years of Experience with proven experience in operations management, with a track record of successful project implementation.
• Knowledge of financial management and budgeting.
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.

Jobs Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth execution of projects and programs.
• Implement and monitor systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Supervise and lead the operations team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
• Conduct regular performance assessments, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development and Develop and monitor operational KPIs to assess compliance with policies and SOPs, implement corrective and preventive measures, and revise SOPs for improved efficiency.
• Oversee project support functions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and deliverables.
• Develop and implement efficient contract management protocols for contracts and sub-contracts of vendors, suppliers, etc. and Ensure timely and accurate reporting, financial controls, and compliance with procurement guidelines.
• Implement cost-control measures without compromising the quality of project deliverables.
• Actively engage with internal and external stakeholders to address operational issues and contribute to strategic decision-making.
