  • MBA or Equivalent

Experience:

  • At least 5-6 years of relevant work experience required.
  • 4-5 Star Hotel/Hospital/airline experience

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for directing, control, monitoring and managing all HK operations and the staff of the Housekeeping department ensuring that the IHHN entire facility (Medical/Non-Medical) is clean and meet HK Standard and EPA regulations.
  • Establishes housekeeping schedules and daily work assignments, assuring that all operations safety procedure are properly followed e.g. implantation of correct HK PPEs/ dress code policy/ Segregations of waste/handling of  chemicals & infectious materials / development of SOPs.
  • Ability to establish & maintain effective working relationships with IHHN clinical & non-clinical departments. Responsible for staffing, scheduling and conduct ongoing training of all Housekeeping staff to increase job knowledge and skill level.
  • Responsible to take periodic inventories of HK equipment and maintain records.
