Senior Officer Information Technology-Karachi

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, Karachi              Qualification:

• Bachelor from a reputable university  
• MCSA or CCNA will be preferred          

Experience:

• Strong technical skills. MCSA or CCNA will be preferred.        
• Must have knowledge of conducting audio/video conference & webinars through video conferencing, Zoom or Microsoft Teams.       

Jobs Description:

• Responsible for installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.               
• Monitor troubleshoots system and network problems, diagnose and solve hardware or software faults to maintain system performance to meet user demand. 
• Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests and provide technical support.
