- BE-Mechanical, preferably Masters in Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience, preferably in utilities department with HVAC Chillers, Air Compressors, AHUs, FCUs, etc.
Jobs Responsibilities:
- Responsible for operation and maintenance of AHUs, Chillers and Cooling Towers, Air Compressors, Dehumidifiers and Air purifiers, AFUs, ACs and Medical Fridges. Ensuring preventive maintenance & calibration of equipment as per the annual plan. Maintain stock inventory of critical spares to ensure uninterrupted operations and avoid major breakdowns. Coordinating with procurement and vendors for material supplies and services. Ensure Statutory & Regulatory compliance of all utilities. HVAC design on HAP and its analysis based on ASHRAE/ASME standards. Ensure that all operational logs are maintained and managed by concerned supervisors Support project team for executions of projects related to HVAC functions. Coordinating with projects team and ensuring the work is done as per the required standards. Ensure that EHS protocols and permits are followed during maintenance of related activities. Ensure instruments calibration related to the critical equipment. Maintain departmental OPEX as per allocated budget. Prepare CAPEX budget as per need. Managing HVAC, Mechanical and Medical Gas team and provide support in planning and carrying out the tasks
