Housekeeping & Laundry, Indus Hospital Qualification:
- MBA or Equivalent & Training certificate in pest control preferred
Experience:
- At least 5-6 years of relevant work experience required. 4-5 Star Hotel/Hospital/airline experience
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all functions of the pest control which includes, but is not limited to, supervising, scheduling, records keeping, safety, fumigation equipment maintenance, inventories, inspections, identify, prevent, treat, control or eliminate insects, rodents, domestic animals and compliance of HK-Pest control SOPs. Ensure that only TIH approved pesticides are used in the execution of pest management as per MSDS.
- Responsible to investigate daily complaints/incidents regarding HK-Pest control, pest control equipment & take corrective actions and communicate to HK management. Adhering to all HK pest control SOPs, Safety protocols, guidelines and implantation of correct PPEs/dress code policy/ handling of safe chemicals with correct formulas / ratio. Maintain effective communication/working relationship within the HK and other TIH departments (Clinical / non-clinical).
- Responsible to take immediate steps by coordinating with FMD / SC / transport dept. to resolve pest control equipment’s malfunctioning without interrupting of pest control activities.
- Responsible to providing technical guidance, training, direction & controlling all assigned subordinates, including setting performance standards and supervision/monitoring staff individual work performance.
