Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare and carry out individually designed programs of physical treatment to maintain, improve or restore physical functioning, alleviate pain and prevent physical dysfunction in patients and Educate patients and physiotherapy staff in preventive health care, curative health care, and behavior as appropriate and Supervise physiotherapists and interns in making decisions about physiotherapy treatment for patients and establishing channels of communication.
- Deliver lectures and workshops to undergraduate and postgraduate physiotherapy students, focusing on research methodologies, evidence-based practice, and advanced clinical topics. Guide students in their research projects, including proposal writing, data analysis, and publication processes.
- Maintain and ensure compliance with audit requirements of relevant regulatory bodies, including academic, research, and clinical documentation.
- Maintain accurate patient progress records/ proper documentation, fulfill statistical requirements and contribute to the development, planning and implementation of high quality curriculum. Provide input and participate in the staff professional development program with particular regard to physiotherapy staff and students
