Pakistan Single Window (PSW) Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelors (4 Years) (HEC recognized) degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related field.
Experience & Skills:
- 10+ Years of relevant experience.
- Skills: ln-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology. Strong concepts design patterns, MVC, data structures, algorithms etc.
- Design & Develop Software Architecture and applications as per specification by following the guidelines and best practices. Complete hands-on experience to define the product roadmap. Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal. Working knowledge of product development architecture. Ability to prioritize effectively. Excellent oral and written communication.
- Ability to work with large teams. Organizational and time management skills. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Develop scope and define backlog items (epics/features/user stories) that guide the Agile software development team. Strong concepts design patterns, MVC, data structures, algorithms etc. Design & Develop Software Architecture and applications as per specification by following the guidelines and best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product and Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories.
- Maintain a product backlog according to Release plan.
- Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities.
- Transform business requirements in WBS.
- Identify milestones and plan sprints to deliver require feature of release and Finalize technology and technical architecture in assistance with Software Architecture and Database Team. Ensure technical documentation of the design and developed product. Prepare business release notes and ensure delivery of technical release notes from development team.
- Manage L2/13 support of developed products. Perform review of product user manuals, FAQs, Video Tutorial/ Blogs. Ensure Software Development Team is following defined SOPs of Software Development and Release Management. Mentor team of Software Engineer, QA and Ul/UX Team.
