  • Minimum 16x years of education   
  • PMP or PgMP certifications will be a plus.  

Experience:

  • Minimum of 10-year experience in Public, Private or defense Sector related to Project or Program Management/ related discipline under the role description as mentioned below.
  • Must have 2 x years’ experience of PSDP-ICT projects on a senior level position.
  • 8-10 Years minimum in IT / Software development Project Management, preferably 2-5 years in digital transformation, automation, cloud, risk management implementations in large and complex organizations.
  • Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles.  
  • Understanding of business processes of cross border trade will be an added advantage.  
  • Exceptional knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Lean principles and practices.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC principles and practices.
  • Experience using Click UP/ JIRA / Zoho /Atlassian/ Slack workflow will be preferred.
  • Experience in a program or project office environment including familiarity with best practice program and project governance.
  • Experience in strategic alignment, request prioritization and benefit management.
  • Experience in people and performance management.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement key performance indicators (KPI) and deliverables for both new and established projects and monitor them throughout the duration of the projects 
  • Set and continually manage project and program expectations while delegating and managing deliverable with team members and stakeholders.
  • Analyze indicators and performance, evaluate information and make recommendations.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel and Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables and Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership 
  • Act as an internal quality control check for the project Develop and manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues.
