• BS in Computer Science or a related technical field

Experience:

• 7+ years’ experience in software engineering.
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices, including complete software development life cycles, coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
• At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience developing with Python and frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, Django Hands-on experience with API development and support. Fundamental knowledge of data types, data structures, data sets, data access, and software design patterns.
• Experience with DevOps practices and modern CI/CD deployment models using Jenkins/Ansible.
• Experience with testing patterns and best practices along with software security best practices.
• Strong knowledge of HTML and web frameworks.
• Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.  Development experience with AWS.
• Awareness about CI/CD, Jenkins.
• Experience working with SQL technologies such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, or equivalent.
• Experience working with Docker.
• Exposure to programming languages like .NET, Java is a plus and Proven experience working with an Agile framework mindset.                                                                 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain API applications using Python technologies and Deploy applications and services to AWS cloud environments.
• Develop and maintain web services and Mature enough to deliver features from the design phase to deploy on Production and Write high-quality, maintainable, and testable code that adheres to established coding standards and best practices.
• Develop and maintain unit and automated tests to ensure the quality of the software.
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues promptly.
