The Urban Unit, Planning & Development Board, Govt. of Punjab, Lahore Age: 18 to 65 years Qualification:
- Bachelor’s in civil engineering, Urban Planning/Town Planning/City and Regional Planning or Bachelor’s in Architecture or related fields from a reputable and HEC recognized university or a related field. OR
- Masters in civil engineering, Urban Planning/Town Planning/City and Regional Planning, Architecture or related fields from a reputable and HEC recognized university
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Housing, Urban Planning, Architecture, and relevant disciplines. OR
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Housing, Urban Planning, Architecture, and relevant disciplines
Jobs Responsibilities:
- Assess housing barriers of low-income individuals and families experiencing homelessness and overcrowding to determine housing and service needs.
- Map institutional mandates in the housing eco-system,
- Identify the critical bottlenecks in the housing value chain and prepare the prototype tender documents, technical and financial evaluation criteria, E&S criteria, and prototype legal agreements for JV schemes and oversee and execute tasks related to all housing relevant components.
